The Diversity Company team consists of Alastair Smith MBE, as operations director, and David and Jeanette Bishop as directors in charge of administration and bookings.

Jeanette is a director of the Diversity Company (the Australian division)
After emigrating from UK as a “Ten Pound Pom” Jeanette worked in secretarial roles, family management, administration and support management roles in SA, UK and WA.
Alastair Smith
Alastair is the company director for the Diversity Company International (the UK division of The Diversity Company) and Operations Officer of The Diversity Company (the Australian division).
Born in Australia, he has resided in the UK and served in the British Army for over 25 years, and was recognised in the 2023 New Year's Honours List with an MBE for his services.
David Bishop
David is a director of The Diversity Company (the Australian division).
He qualified as a carpenter and has worked in Australian and international facilities management as well as having extensive experience in establishing and running his own companies.
