A climate assessment is a service whereby a third party comes and speaks to the staff across all sectors and departments. It is a chance for the staff to give their open and honest opinion about their working environment and company policies. All information given to the assessment team is completely anonymous and will be formulated and reported back to the executive team to summarise the areas that need improving without repercussions.
The Diversity Company can focus on elements the executive teams feels needs discussing or can come in for a well-rounded, whole workforce assessment to discover if and where they can improve.
Dependant on the size of the company and the programme to speak to all elements, the process can take from 1 to 3 days of face-to-face meetings and discussions, followed by a day to compile the report.
